  • Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel (1,300m/4,264ft)
 
  • Land at Kathmandu International Airport. Our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in hotel
  • Day 02: Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
 
  • Today we spend the day visiting famous UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu. First, we go to Durbar Square and explore Nepalese art and culture. Then we visit the famous Swayambhunath also known as Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath. Return to start preparation for trekking next day.
 
  • Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Arughat (600m/1,968ft) drive 7-8 hours
 
  • After breakfast, we drive towards Arughat. Enjoy spectacular views of the Nepalese farmland along with the mountainous landscapes during the drive. Then from a rough route reach Arughat.
 
  • Day 04: Arughat to SotiKhola (700m/2,296ft): 5-6 hours
 
  • Today is the first day of our trek. First, cross the bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River, trail towards the north.  Pass Shanti Bazar walking through rice and millet field. Then trek upwards till Arkhet River, cross the suspension bridge with a steeper hike. Reach Keurenipani, go downward crossing few suspension bridges, to land at Soti Khola.
 
  • Day 05: SotiKhola to MacchaKhola (870m/2,952ft): 6-7 hours
 
  • Today the path first drops slowly then we ascend towards the mountain range. Trekking en-route the forest we arrive at Riden Gaon. The trail then descends to the sandy riverbed of Budhi Gandaki. Reach MacchaKhola.
 
  • Day 06: MacchaKhola to Jagat (2340m/7676ft): 6-7 hours
 
  • Today starts our real trek. First, we cross Machha River, trailing upstream along the river´s edge. Continue the trek further through forest region to land at Dovan. Underneath Dovan, there's a grand rapid at Budhi Gandaki. As we ascend to reach Jagat, the scene is just breathtaking.
 
  • Day 07: Jagat to Chisopani (1660m/5,445ft): 4-5 hours
 
  • Today we trail goes up towards the riverbed and over a rugged moraine to Salleri. Cross the suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River, witness some Buddhist lifestyle. Crossing Philim trek proceeds across the forest. Finally, arrive at Chisopani.
 
  • Day 08: Chisopani to Chumling (2,386m/7,827ft): 6 - 7 hours
 
  • Today we pass through Ekle Bhatti, gorge, a huge waterfall, and pine forest. With descending trail reach terminal of Ghap and the Tsum Valley. Continue trekking in the rhododendron and pine forest. Then cross a suspension bridge over Lungwa River and Sarti Gorge to reach Gumlung. Again, cross a bridge over Siyar Khola to reach Chumling. Visit Chumling Gompa and explore the village.
 
  • Day 09: Chumling to Chokhangparo (3,010m/9,903ft): 4-5 hours
 
  • Today we trek to Chhokangparo, witness upper Tsum valley here. Directly from south-west spectacular views of the Baudha and Himal chuli peaks.
 
  • Day 10: Chokhangparo to Nile (3,361m/11,058ft): 5-6 hours
 
  • Today we trek to the last village heading north in the upper Tsum Valley. En-route pass the Piren Phu cave situated on a rocky cliff connected with two gumbas. Well-painted Buddhist murals, great artistic scripts etched on stones, and long prayer flags make this cave one of the most significant spots in the valley.
 
  • Day 11: Nile to Mu Gompa (3,700m/12,174ft): 3 hours
 
  • After breakfast, we trail gradually downward to Mu gumba. It's the biggest monastery in the area established at the highest point in the Tsum valley. It has a statue of Avalokiteshwara, and paintings of Guru Tara and Padmasambhava.
 
  • Day 12: Mu Gompa, sightseeing
 
  • Today spend the whole day exploring the Mu Gompa region. Later we can walk to the base of Pika Himal.
 
  • Day 13: Mu Gompa to Burgi Village (3,245m/10644ft) via Milarepa cave: 5 hours
 
  • Today we follow the east bank of Shiar Khola to trail down to Burgi Village, crossing Chule, Nile, and Phurbe. Then we ascend Milarepa Cave (Piren Phu) to enjoy the beautiful views of glaciers and peaks. Reach Burgi village.
 
  • Day 14: Burgi village -Chumling (2,386/7,827ft): 5-6 hours
 
  • Today we trail to reach Chhokang Paro. From there, we proceed downward until reaching Chumling, which is the lower area of Tsum Valley.
 
  • Day 15: Chumling to Philim (1,570m/5,103ft): 6-7 hours
 
  • Today we cross the suspension bridge over the Shiar River. Then trek towards the zigzag flat way passing through the magnificent pine and rhododendron forest. Later, descend traversing the beautiful Samba waterfall. Lastly, descend to reach Philim.
 
  • Day 16: Philim to Khorlabesi (970m/3182ft: 6-7 hours
 
  • Today we trail downward, following the route along the Budhi Gandaki River. passing through Jagat, follow the stone steps descending all the way to Tatopani, crossing Dobhan. Enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the natural hot spring at Tatopani. Afterward, hike down to reach Khorlabeshi.
 
  • Day 17: Khorlabesi to SotiKhola (700m/2,296ft): 6-7 hours
 
  • Today we trail downward from Khorlabesi towards Soti Khola crossing Machhakhola, Khanibeshi, and Lapubesi. The trail goes through the wonderful waterfall and forest.  Cross the bridge over the Budhi Gandaki River to reach the Soti Khola.
 
  • Day 18: SotiKhola to Arughat to Kathmandu (1300m/1,968ft): Walk 4 hours and drive 7-8 hours
 
  • After breakfast trail descends crossing waterfall. Today, the trail is easy going through a few small villages, rice terraces, green forest, and the Budhi Gandaki River. On reaching Arughat, we drive back to our final destination, Kathmandu. Spend rest of the day at leisure in the lodge.
 
  • Day 19: Departure
 
  • Transfer to Kathmandu International Airport to take your flight towards home.
